At Primary Care Health Services, Inc. we offers adult health services to adults age 18 and over. Primary care of adults includes full physicals, cancer screening, and management of acute and chronic illnesses. A strong emphasis is placed on patient education. Our priority is early detection and management of modifiable diseases such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and others. Adult health services are integrated with laboratory and immunization services, and our pharmacy services for patients.
