Purpose of Position: Primary Care Health Services, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to executive and clinical leadership, including the CEO, CMO, and Medical Director. This role bridges administrative and clinical operations, ensuring efficient communication, coordination, and workflow across departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and a strong team player.

Pay: $22.00 – $29.00 per hour
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Medical Director
Responsibilities:
- • Manage executive email communications, including drafting, prioritizing, and responding to messages
- • Coordinate complex calendars for the CEO, and Medical Director, including clinical and administrative meetings
- • Answer and triage phone calls, ensuring timely follow-up
- • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and spreadsheets (Excel proficiency required)
- • Take detailed meeting minutes for clinical, quality, and leadership meetings and track follow-up items
- • Coordinate clinical and administrative meetings, including agenda development and document preparation
- • Organize and maintain confidential clinical and administrative records
- • Support quality improvement initiatives, clinical reporting, and compliance-related documentation
- • Assist with coordination of provider schedules, credentialing support, and medical staff communications
- • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, providers, and staff
- • Support special projects related to patient care, operations, and organizational initiatives
- • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, provider, and organizational information
Requirements and Qualifications:
- • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical settings
- • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- • Familiarity with healthcare operations, clinical workflows, or EMR systems preferred
- • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion (HIPAA awareness required)
- • Strong team player with the ability to work across departments
